Mainly because I opted to stay at the store for the work to be done and when it was done, I had to wait over 30 minutes to get my car back. This was because the employee that originally helped me was on a lunch break. I'm not really sure why someone else could not have checked me out.

It took longer than expected for my car to even be brought into the back for service. When it was finally done the associate kept taking new customers to check in while making me wait even longer to cash me out even after he was given my keys and the paperwork. I had to approach him before he asked someone else to do it

I would go back for tires only. Services not requested were added (air filter and cabin filter) after I told the associate that I only wanted oil change and new tires. Tire protection was also added without my knowledge. When I asked them to remove it they did. But they still performed services I did not authorize. I decided to not bring it up because I wanted to leave and decided it wasn’t worth it. But I would not recommend anyone go to big o for anything other than tires because of this. I dealt with two sales people one was great but the one that primarily handled my visit was the one that didn’t explain all the services to me. The mechanic I dealt with was honest and helpful.

Plug tires along with patching tires. The idea that a plug isnt val8d is dumb.

We ordered the tires we wanted & weren’t told we could make an appointment. When work wasn’t completed in the time estimated plus 1 hour, I was told it was because of appointments. Why weren’t we told to make an appointment when we ordered the tires. Time estimate 2 hrs- find to completion- not solely due to added oil change was 4 hours! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!

The need for better communication between both the employees at Big O and the customers. Being “lied” to by an employee needs to NOT ever happen, as it did to us!

They could have completed the services offered withy purchase of 4 tires.

Double check the work done and make sure to check the system for possible issues that may arise. Call the client to give information. Don't clear codes until you are sure they aren't necessary. Do the job correctly the first time.
