I needed a tire and the one I needed was discontinued so a replacement was ordered within one day. Service day was quick and thoroughly explained. Very thankful to everyone

The service is always professional and authentically warm and welcoming. An added bonus is that the employees seem to enjoy their work and their colleagues and they pay that forward to the customers- it's a nice atmosphere to hang out in while waiting for your vehicle to be serviced.

Excellent efficient service

I had a bolt in a tire, they were closing but they helped me, I had a commitment the next morning but was told to come back before to insure I had enough air & then return to get the tire replaced, bought there & had a warranty. Brad was very kind & helpful & professional.

It's always busy here, but the manager is able to juggle phone calls, paperwork, and in-person customer interaction in a smooth and polite manner. We just need to be a little patient and understanding. I highly recommend this place.

i got services as i expected

Been relying on Big O #5314 for over 30 yrs to service our fleet. Mario and his team always look out for our best interest and the best interest of our vehicles. Knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. Real pros! This latest visit was no different. They made a bad situation better and saved me a couple thousand dollars in the process. Hit a pot hole and cracked 2 rims on a Tesla. New rims would've been $1K each. Mario new a guy that could repair them at a fraction of the cost. They're good as new. It comes down to, it's not what you know, it's who you know. I'm glad I know Mario. I'm glad he knows the wheel repair guy. Looking forward to many more years with Big 5314.
