The valet was probably the only disappointment. We called for the car from the room and then walked to the valet. After waiting for over 5 minutes we were asked what car we were waiting for. Still waited longer then asked another valet for the status. He said that no one told them about the car in question. They have a lot of excuses rather than apologizing and getting the car.
