Marriott Kansas City Downtown

I liked it because some of the royals players stayed there.

Hotel is centrally located downtown. We arrived and had a problem with our reservations. Mike Bryant assisted us and very quickly resolved the problem. Thumbs up for the manner in which he accommodated our needs.

Took almost 2 hours to get our food. Staff was overwhelmed. Had to get our food to go it took so long

Great location and great staff. I was sick while traveling for work and they went out of their way to help me feel better.

Give Jan Stephenson a raise!!

The hotel was beautiful. The food delicious. And the servers were perfect gentlemen!!

Very convenient to KC convention center. Super friendly staff. Good food and service at restaurants. Wish wifi was free... Silly little extra charges that are complementary at holiday inn or crown plaza across the street. Crown plaza also has free shuttle for surrounding area which is a super perk!

Another wonderful stay

I wish they had French toast or waffles in the concierge lounge breakfast. They drain in the shower drained very slow, but they eventually fixed it.

Price for value average at best.
