Melissa was very helpful on getting my right side for the rings that i wanted. She was patient with me when it came to picking out which rings I wanted and I really appreciated that.

The worker I had was very friendly. She guided me through the best deal in which charms I should get. She informed me about all the other store locations and now I want to always go back.

I’ve always loved the Pandora store. I own 7 pandora rings and i’m always satisfied with the jewelry. This time i was looking for earring and i found the perfect ones for me .

Mary, the sales associate was so wonderful and showed me what I was looking for. The store was laid out very nicely and all the displays were fun to look at. All in all, a very enjoyable shopping experience!

My family was in LV visiting from out of town and my girlfriend was super excited about the special engraving machine. Many of the other stores at either not had the machine or told us that “the tik tok trend is not real and we can not actually doodle on the engraving” which we later found out was false. We went to the store in Planet Hollywood and thank goodness we did because we were helped by Melissa who was a very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive representative of the company. Go melissa!!!
