The lady is nice; she guaranteed 1 year for return if I change my mind. However, I forgot to ask her to clean the earrings before I wear them at her store; my ears 👂 were bleeding 🩸 when I took them off next day.

The only issue that I had while I was in the store was that they were sold out of a certain charm, but that was understandable. The sales associate also didn't let us know that the pull box event had to have $200 before tax.

I was very satisfied. My associate was very helpful and nice.

I love the way the sales associate treated me, even when I did not know about what I wanted or the prices she was really nice

The service was fast and friendly. Questions that I had concerning a charm was answered with suggestions of what to put with the charm. The introduction of the new arrival charms with Spider-man was exciting.

It is difficult to pick charms when you have to continue to ask to see them again. They pull one set and then they are put away and then they pull the next

The trays were so dirty and dusty. The charm tray was covered in dirt. I spent over $900 in 20 minutes and they had staff just standing around and the trays they pulled out were so dirty. For a Vegas store I was not impressed I will not be ever returning to that location

Only certain items was Offered as a package deal. couldn’t be purchased separate. Was told and shown in a book the price of a item then rung up another price that was much more and was told to not honor the price they told me or showed me in the book if I want it the item had to pay the higher price that rung up .
