The salesperson we were dealing with was more interested in what her Apple Watch messages were than helping me select a memorable charm for our vacation. She kept asking us the same question over and over. “Are you excited to head home?” We said 4 times, that we just arrived today. She showed ZERO interest in wanting to be there or help us. She knew I was looking for a Las Vegas specific charm and once she pulled out that tray for me to look at, she took no effort in showing me anything else, or showing any interest in ME as the customer. I love the Pandora product, I’ve been purchasing for years, but the quality of customer care is definitely going down. If I’m going to spend $100 + I would atleast like to be talked to, shown other pieces, offered suggestions, etc. I could have and would have purchased more than just this one charm had the service been better. There is even the free bracelet sale going on and she didn’t care to talk about that either. Her text messages were too important to listen to anything I asked and I felt like I was getting nowhere. Sad experience.

There was a sign that stated you received a free jewelry box and jewelry cleaner with $150 purchase. Once I got into the store, they stated the offer had expired and I was not able to receive the free items. I am very disappointed.

The sales associate seemed rude and not very personable.

They had a number 60 for 45.00 and she want to charge me 60.00. That was there mistake not changing there prices,I talk to 2 managers and they did not find nothing wrong
