My mom and I came in the Las Vegas airport store just to look at traditional charms. Once we met Eileen we were hooked, and she sold us two beautiful Las Vegas exclusive sets to help us commemorate our trip. Eileen is a fantastic sales lady and a beautiful person. She’s an asset to Pandora! When I order two more bracelets for my nieces, I am calling Eileen directly!

I live in NYC & lost my bracelet. I called to replace the exclusive Vegas charms and Christian went ABOVE & BEYOND to assist me. I was able to replace ALL charms and added a few more!

The service was phenomenal. Sarah was friendly, helpful, and personable. She helped my mother decide on her very first Pandora bracelet to start her journey, and she, my daughter, and myself each got something to commemorate our Vegas trip together. With that said, the only reason I answered that I would not likely go back is because we were traveling through.
