We just had the best associate assisting us! She was very friendly, she was interested in my story based on my pandora charms, and she was really helpful with getting my bracelets set up with beautiful stoppers/clips to keep my charms on top and in place. We had a great experience with Eileen.

I went to the Pandora at Harry Reid Airport in Vegas and I didn't purchase the charm but my daughter did after returning home to Jacksonville I regretted not purchasing the Vegas charm so I called the store and spoke with Christina and she was very helpful and polite and took the order over the phone. Will I go back to this particular store No bcuz I'm in Florida the purchase was from the store in Vegas. I do thank Christina for her assistance.
