I believe the young lady who helped me was Named Jamie D. And she's was super friendly, she knew what she was talking about and I didn't even have to ask when a clasp was being sticky she immediately saw the small flaw and exchanged it for a different one. Give that girl a raise

In California was great but had to wait for a while. In Las Vegas it was fast and friendly.

I was traveling and realized I forgot my wedding & engagement ring at home. The associates were so so friendly and were able to help me quickly as I was in a rush to catch my Uber ride leaving the airport. The quality of the ring is great. I just wish there were 6.25, 6.5, and 6.75 sizes available.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Helped select charms and made suggestions. Wish I lived closer and would definitely go back to that store.
