I used the phone since I had a gift certificate to book my appointment, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful in booking me and telling me about Hand & Stone. Once I was there I was surprised to see the remodel from the prior establishment and pleased with the look inside. I did not wait long upon arrival before meeting the massage therapist and beginning my relaxation experience.
