Drop my car off to get the alignment done. They said they would try to get in today. If not tomorrow a few hours later it was done. I wasn’t expecting to be Done until the next day

I came in on my car spare having had a flat tire, close to their closing time. One employee immediately ran to check my car to see if they could save the flat. It was too far gone. They were trying to discuss options, not sure if they could get it done that day. They showed me worry and concern for me being without my car. I didn't need it fixed immediately and was grateful I could leave it in their parking lot to be fixed tomorrow. They talked about the different types of tires they had for me and pros and cons for each. They gave me a recommendation and waited for me to make a choice. They asked if there was anything else promptly reminding me I needed my breaks checked and my windshield wipers replaced. I was grateful for the free break check and having overheard a conversation they had with another customer who was asking them to double check something that they had mossed, I highly respected and have more trust towards big O, because of how they accepting responsibility, for having missed something, apologizing and quickly took care of it.

I really enjoyed the convenience. Most shops will not do any work on my car because it has a body kit and wrap, but you guys were able to help me out.
