Ralph’s customer service was amazing. The whole process was quick. He called me while the oil was getting changed and let me know how my filters looked and asked if that is something I wanted to do my self or have his team do it. This was done before the time he quoted me. I will be going back to Big O :)

Part in stock. Walked in and purchased the part and then left satisfied. Also Good price on Batteries. Customer Service was exceptional.

Associate explained my options very well, gave me an extremely accurate time frame as to when my vehicle would be finished and I was able to wait at home instead of the lobby.
