Walked in needing a quick oil change service. Completed faster than expected.

Arrived early & was greeted & taken care of quickly. My oil was changed & I was quoted some rear shocks in about an hour & a half.

Took time to discuss my needs and show me the options. We review pricing, timing of service, various alternatives. Welcomed thoughts and offered possible options.

I was a walk-in to get my registratiom, tags, and emissions completed. I have been using this location for 13 years and keep coming back for the service and work that I need done on my vehicles. This location is very customer centric and they are very thorough, engaged with the customer in their work and customer service. They go above and beyond for the customer explaining in detail everything they need to do and why in servicing or repairing your vehicle.

We worked with an associate (I believe his name is Skyler) who was friendly, helpful, and accurate about how long our job would take. It was actually finished a bit earlier than he said, with accuracy and competence.

The job took less time than anticipated so my bill was less and reflected the time used for the labor.

I am a Senior, & I deeply appreciate being treated with patience & thoughtfulness. I don’t know much about cars, & I value being spoken to as a competent person, looking for help.

I've been coming to the Sandy Big O for over 30 years, always prompt service, always professional staff. I see some of the same guys there that I knew 15 years ago, so that tells me something.
