I was satisfied with the speed of the associate. I was satisfied with the attentiveness. I enjoyed the products available as well as the sales that were going on. The free bracelet is beautiful.

My sales associate was very patient. It was a very busy time during the store hours but she took her time with me. Overall I am pleased with my purchase.

The representative was informative and attentive. She knew about the merchandise and was able to give me some tools and tips. Previous sales agent was not as knowledgeable regarding my engraving diminishing and blamed me for upkeep. Lastly the agent offered for me to return to help me create the look I was hoping to accomplish with sets I already had in my collection.

I love the jewelry. The store is beautiful. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. She took the time to help balance my bracelet and showed me a lot of the new blue pieces until I was able to make a selection.
