So my experience in this specific store is always a problem. I don’t have this issue at the Crabtree Valley Mall. But a sales associate for some reason never greets me of say’s they’ll be with me in just a minute. They always take the person that walks in after me.

I purchased two Pandora bracelets along with charms. I bought these bracelets for my wife’s birthday and Christmas. My wife loved the bracelets however, they were too small and needed to be exchanged. I asked the manager could we return the merchandise and purchase new merchandise so that my wife could get the free bracelet that she was eligible for since we had spent the required amount. We were able to exchange the bracelets, but the manager would not let us receive the free bracelet, even though we spent the required amount. I do not understand the reasoning behind this because we had the receipt. I was disappointed about this.

Jen Lawrence - Sales Lead 984-287-7897 did not handle the issue well. Employee was very unprofessional in her tone and demeanor. Although the issue was no fault of the employee or myself, but rather pandora payment system. The employee did not provide the best customer service or assurance. I had to show my bank statements in front of several pandora employees. other customers were also in the store.
