This is the absolute best customer service we have received in years. I was always impressed with Chic fil A, but Pandora is now my #1 reference for Excellent Customer Service. Our associate was engaging, friendly and knowledgeable. Even the associates that were not serving us smiling and friendly. Thank you for rebuilding my faith in customer service. Brianna was Fabulous!

The Sales Associates were very welcoming and polite. They offered assistance in picking out charms. Jendayi honored my birthday coupon and even put my charms on and made suggestions for purchases going forward.

The sales associate was friendly. And she went well above and beyond to locate a bracelet to fit my wrist. Finally, she explained the survey to me and as I have a birthday coming soon she suggested that I come treat myself for my birthday.

The employees were some of the nicest ladies I have ever met. They helped me find a replacement bracelet for my charm collection without pushing me to purchase anything unnecessary. I ended up finding the perfect replacement and a charm I had been eyeing for a while. I will definitely be retuning to this location in the near future.

Bri was absolutely amazing, the mall was closing in 30 minutes and Bri took the time to make my experience truly amazing and well recognized, she went above and beyond my expectations to make my experience truly special and made me feel unique. I was in a rush to get my mom beautiful charms for mothers Day and Bri went way above and beyond to show me the best options to make Mother's Day a special one, something for my mom and also my Godmother whom both are precious to me. I hope you remember me again Bri when I come into the store because your kindness is well noted and I just want people to know how amazing you do to create wonderful experiences. See you again ^^ :]

Brianna was very knowledgeable about the merchandise. May suggestions and was patient with me while I tried to decide what to have engraved on the charm. It was nearing closing time but not at any point did I feel rushed. Very kind and helpful!!
