Costumer service ,kindness,super friendly

I explained to the sales associate that it was a gift for my Mom's care nurse. We explained her style and showed her a picture of her and she knew exactly what to suggest. The experience was outstanding! I am a first time customer and I will be returning to make a purchase for myself in the near future.

I was highly satisfied with my experience for a list of reason. The staff was kind but at the same time I felt put off to the side because I am a young college student. I feel as if she assumed I was just there for fun and not serious about buying. That is my only complaint.

I was assisted immediately by a sales associate who was friendly and knowledgeable.

The assistant manager was very patient and helpful. She took her time and was very professional.

Pandora is like a first love, I'm always excited to see what's next. Please start carrying NC State charms and some Caribbean ones too..

Sandra H (#237114) was AWESOME!! She was extremely knowledgeable and gave me alot of options. Sge was not in a rush and was very patient with me as I was making up my mind. Will definitely make sure she is working when I go back to make additional purchases.
