Pandora Jewelry

Received a gift of Pandor but it was too big. I took it to the store to see if they could exchange it for a smaller size. They had a smaller size and exchanged it. While there I purchased an additional charm for my bangle. Staff was professional, patient, and informative. Enjoyed shopping at the store, will visit again soon.

The staff was very friendly and ask my wife if she want her jewelry cleaned.

The assistant manager helped me with a return due to faulty closure. The item was exchanged with options given. As a result of the great service, I purchased 2 more items. Great service was given by her.

Even tho it was plenty of people there to be seen also the associate didn’t rush you make a decision so they could help someone it was all done in a timely manner

The store manager helped me and she was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. There was a line going out the door waiting to come in for service but when I got to my turn, she took all the time I needed and was very efficient! I was impressed. She is a star!

The sales associate that I spoke to was just the best. He helped me promptly and with the highest quality of attentiveness. He went above and beyond finding the exact jewelry I wanted and in the desired sized. Thank you!

I always request the same salesperson for each purchase. Please look up her name on my purchase,her name begins with a “Q”. She is always knowledgeable and keeps me update on sales. She helps me put together brackets that my mother and daughter loves as well as myself. She is such an asset for Pandora. She deserves a bonus/ promotion or some incentive based off my visits to the store. It would be a shame to loose her. Thanks Pandora for another great experience. Merry Christmas “Q”
