The people at the store was very friendly and respectful to me. The workers were very knowledgeable about the products that they had displayed. I also enjoyed hearing about now charms that's are going to very released soon.

Stefan was very helpful. I came in because the clip I had to hold my charms together was loose and he helped me decide on a charm to keep it secure. He was able to answer my questions about getting my mother a bracelet for my mother.

I had my Pandora wishlist that I was going to use at my Houston home Pandora store but I was visiting the Boston area and found this store in Cambridge. The gentleman that helped me asked me twice if Id like to see anything. I was able to get the items on my wishlist and he helped me check out with some coupons I had and made sure to also include a promo for a free bracelet! Id like to go back since I always have something on my mind to buy from Pandora!

The associate I worked with was so kind, and listened to my every requirement. She was able to quickly find me options and give me recommendations based on how I felt about the jewelry. She was so kind and welcoming too!
