I originally visited this location on 10/16/23 to pick up the 50th birth charm as an honorary charm for my friend who passed away. They did not have it in stock. When I visited the store today, Nathaniel C informed the store just opened and that he would look for it. I told Nathaniel C I had limited time to get to work. Nathaniel C asked for my name and number and assured me he would call me once he located the 50th charm. Roughly an hour later, Nathaniel C texted me, stating he had found the charm and it was ready for pickup. When I arrived at the store, Nathaniel C greeted me and presented me with the 50th charm as promised. We spoke about the meaning and importance of each of our charms, as only a few catered toward males. It was a truly enjoyable visit, and now I have another meaningful charm to carry around.

The sales representative Carolimar S was very friendly and helpful. We spoke a lot and it was entertaining. She was super helpful and sweet.

The staff was amazing, I am from Serbia and had a Serbian employee help me. They even cleaned my bracelet. Nicest staff I have seen in a while.

The salesperson was very helpful she went above and beyond to provide excellent customer care.

Olivia J was so lovely. I came in and she was so polite and she offered to clean my ring the min I came in I didn’t even know they did that. She helped me with my whole purchase. Best associate I have to say.

The manager Wanda is amazing she gave me a good showing of the new products and made me feel very welcomed. Dionne Was helping me the whole time and she’s very nice and patient she’s doing an amazing job.

We had some picture of what we wanted tobuy, and the associate knew well where it was. Also did a great job in showing us the size we wanted. Everything was fast and quick while friendly.

Amahne was a delight to work with she offered suggestions on how to wear and use the jewelry. She was very knowledgeable about the products and even offered tips. She also was very insightful about thinking about wearing the charm and was excited to help me with putting the bracelet for me. I would recommend her to everyone! Thank you!

The store had more options than at the store I have shopped at in Portland, Oregon. The sales associate, Amahne, was AMAZING. She knew the different beads so well, made recommendations that fit the vibe of bracelet I wanted to create. She shared why she liked specific charms and why she thought I would like them too. Her approach was very customer-focused, asking questions and listening to my responses… then making recommendations. I ended up buying a LOT more than I had planned. Her customer service skills are 100%+… I wish all stores (not just Pandora) had sales associates like Amahne.
