Your Pandora staff on 59th st & Lexington is phenomenal beyond the least. I came in on phone and observed as Olivia was very polite and persistent with my wife who didn't come to shop for but ended up shopping because of Service. Wendy one of your managers intervened when I became available off phone. She was just so informative, patient and helpful. Ended up buy my wife a 10 year anniversary collection before going away next week to Aruba. She loves Pandora. I can't forget to mention your other managers Ashely & Carmen. Very sweet. I'm a Manager at Costco Wholesale and we are all about member service so I just want to thank you and your Awesome staff. 👌🏾👍🏾

The sales person was extremely nice, had patience and very knowledgeable about the products

Ashley was really sweet and attentive. I asked her about 2 charms I was interested in and she knew exactly what I was talking about. She even made a great recommendation for me to make sure I was happy and wouldn't have issues if I purchased the initial style I asked her about.

Customer service was efficient

Diana was very very nice and attended me well. Her coworker Amahnda I think was also very very nice. She knew what she was doing and helped me find my style. I just tagged along not expecting to buy anything but she accommodated me so well and showed me the best styles and am very satisfied with my parche.Will come again next week.

Wanda was very helpful and kind. She helped me envision the perfect charms for my mom for Mother’s Day. She was quick to assist and took the time to help me figure out exactly what I wanted.

Wanda the store manager has the best customer's service I've ever encountered (top tier treatment). She welcomes everybody that walks in and caters to everybody's needs and more. With such a down to earth personality, class, poise, friendly, respectful, welcoming, informative and knowledgeable delivery... She won over my heart and made my first time experience with Pandora a memorable one. Will be going back next week!
