The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The associate who helped me pushed for me to apply for a card and then a second associate came to see if I had applied yet and when I had not she also suggested that I did. Sometimes customers just want to shop without having to apply for cards. Thank you

I bought some articles for a gift. I asked her to put it in a box and she did it but never showed to me, just put it into the bag. When I wanted to see it the bag was already closed it. So I dont really dont know how it is gonna look on the package.

Item was not available at the time of purchase due to presale. had to return the next day to purchase and pickup specific charm.

I enjoyed my visit at pandora, however, I didn’t enjoy that the associate was clearly trying to pressure me to buy something. In other words, just saying I needed to purchase an item. Overall, she was really great and helped me appropriately.
