Kids eat free on Halloween if they dressed up, so I took advantage of that. However, the workers were very slow in helping people and my food tasted cold and watery

This restaurant was open until 10 pm. We arrived at 9. They were out of corn tortillas, guacamole, and chili con queso. The diet coke was out and needed refill. So I had enchiladas with flour tortillas, which is more a burrito.
