Price of the tire I needed was not priced online. I ordered the tire and when arrived to the location the tired was almost 100$ more than any other store I was quoted online. Reason I stayed at big o was bc we needed it done quick and big o had the time. I asked for price matching and associate David R said “we don’t do that”. Highly disappointed

Have the tires that were ordered. Don’t substitute and upcharge without consulting the customer. Complete the service anywhere close to the time you quote.

Don’t leave a car sitting in bay while being worked in for a few minutes then sitting long time. Not making me wait about 3 hours just for new tires.

Would be good if the store manager could get up out of his chair and actually ma age his employees. No sense of urgency by employees to finish a job in a timely manner.

When i make an appt i expect to get the work done timely, not 6 hours for an alignment. Was told car would be ready in 45 minutes arrived and an additional 45 minutes was needed.

Back in January, they barely took the coupon, after they said they would on phone. I went back April. since I always go there. When I came into bldg for my appt, girl told me "we don't carry that oil. It will cost more than coupon." I told them, when I made the appt, what coupon I had, they said OK. First prob. They took car in 20 min after my appt, I saw him change the oil, never checked any fluid levels?, back car out. 2nd 3rd prob, I told Manager he didn't rotate tires. Worker said, he did to my face. Manager asked me if I wanted him to put car back in. I said "well yes" so he moved tires but did not rotate properly. ? Very upsetting. So disappointed. change of hands? I also had a "free oil change" from 2022 was not accepted in Jan 2023, Makes me sad I was treated like this after years going to there.

I made an appointment and chose the tires that I wanted online, and got a quote. When I got to my appointment, he couldn’t find it and I had to show him the appt and tire type on my phone. He then told me that he didn’t have those tires in stock. I had to go with different tires and it cost me $200 more than my quote. I got a call while they were changing the tires and they said my oil was low and would I want them to change it. I informed him that I just had it changed less than 2 months ago and I asked how low it was. He put me on hold for a minute and then said that he checked it again and it’s not low, just dirty. A hour later, called to tell me I needed new struts and unsuccessfully explained why. I felt like he was just trying to squeeze me for repairs that weren’t necessary. We won’t be back

I have had my oil changed several times with tire rotation and never paid over $30 dollars and this time oil change alone $85. After much discussion with Kevin he finally brought the price back to where it should have been in the first place. I never questioned in advance what the cost would be since I just had the oil changed in September. Price went fro $30 to $85 without a tire rotation. Can only imagine if I had asked for the tire rotation.

Made appointment in advance & upon arrival did not have me scheduled. Overcharged me for fluid and air filter. Had low tire that was not filled up. Prices were not discussed when person called and told me I needed fluid & air filter. Assumed fluid was being topped off, not flushed. Will not be back at Big O for anything. Will go back to Ford for all my service needs.
