Dropped my vehicle off at 10am for an alignment, truck was ready for pickup 2 days later. Tech tools needed to perform alignment work were not available(to pull tie rod end loose) as they were locked in a box of a technician that wasn’t there that day. The following day, it was discovered a lug was cross-threaded and they did not have the size of tap and die needed so my vehicle stayed a 2nd night. When I arrived to pick my vehicle up I was told it wouldn’t start(a new issue, never had that happen before bringing it there and the battery is relatively new). The whole experience was a debacle and I was surprised that tools needed to perform and alignment or lug repair at a tire and wheel store were not available.

A few months ago I bought 4 tires. These tires are supposed to be guaranteed for 3 years. One of them was losing air. I filled it up. And it lost air again. I brought it in and the guy said they couldn't find the problem. He then said if it makes you happy I CAN PUT A NAIL IN IT SO YOU HAVE A REAL PROBLEM. It is my opinion, if there is something wrong with the tire and you do not have the ability or motivation or whatever to fix it: I should be given a new tire that does not leak air. And you can have my "nothing wrong with" tire to do with whatever you want.

When you schedule appointments I can see not being able to start right away but when customer is waiting for car & its 1.5hrs & still won't start for 1.5

Give accurate quote that matches final cost. Make proper repairs the first time to avoid repeat visits and the client paying for a new tire when it did not resolve the issue. Ensure you re-sync tire TPMS when done with serivce.

Staff should be more professional when they have been spoken to respectfully about their lack of communication and customer service. Especially, because I had to wait with my vehicle and I was unable to leave the facility where the store associate made me feel very uncomfortable with his passive aggressive behavior and words.

There's too many problems with this visit to write. I have filed a complaint with corporate office and am really hoping to hear back. It starts with them losing the tire tool and somehow took the lock lug nuts off and took it up on themselves to put ones that don't match or lock on! That is not ok!!! Never once did the store manager call me like I was promised. TERRIBLE customer service!

Tire tech, or any tech needs to be specifically giving feedback if they find an issue DURING the service, esp if customer is waiting. Inexcusable to toss a lug nut in the cup holder, not replace it, and expect customer not to notice. It's bad practice to have the service writers as the quality assurance to inspect the mechanic work. If you can't hire qualified mechanic techs, close the location. High customer safety issues with the tire tech/mechanics at this location

Have professional attitude and quit eating your breakfast on the customer service floor and assist customers in a timely matter. Do not accuse the customer of being racist. Do not lie to your supervisor when confronted about poor customer service. Take responsibility for your actions and represent Big O Tires more professionally.
