I had an appointment. When I got there, they took all of my information and had no record of the appointment. Then I waited 40 minutes before they even started my car and they said they had two cars ahead of me. That makes no sense if I had an appointment. Then after doing my alignment, they came to tell me there was an issue with my lug nuts. They sent out an uninformed person to show me the problem, and they showed me the back end of a tool. Not realizing that’s lug but was stuck in the opposite end of the tool. At the end of the appointment, I declined the Lugnuts, but I could not read the invoice. I asked for more information because I could not read what was scribbled on the paper. When I got to my car, I found that I was missing. I lug nut and they had failed to tell me that, even though I asked. The manager rectified the missing lug nut. But I couldn’t imagine why someone wasn’t told that even when they asked for more information.

Frustrated Tire Install

My appointment was at 8:00 am. My truck wasn’t pulled in for service until 10:15 am. The tire installer installed the two drivers side tire’s backwards. The tire must be installed in one direction. Once the two tires were remounted the installer started to install the tires without balancing them. I had to yell at one of the service reps what was happening. At no time did they say “sorry” for that or the five hours it took to do the install. I had a TIRE PRESSURE SENOR WARNING on the dash and they never said they would install new ones. I got in the truck to leave and saw the light on. I couldn’t go back due to being there for five hours and waited until I could do this survey.

I bought five new tires on my daughters jeep. Paid for a three-year alignment package. Got home the vehicle was not properly aligned return the vehicle and they said they did not have time to to realign the vehicle on that day and asked to return it another day. They sent my daughter home in a vehicle that was not properly Aligned and told her to come back another day because they were too busy to do it today. This is unsatisfactory and unsafe.

The communication between the staff and with myself should have been a Whole Lot Better! Also when the manager says he is going to call you back he should keep his word. When I made my appointment they said I could get a ride back to my home. I drove myself back and Caleb from Big O drove MY car back to the shop.

Put tires on correctly so my tires don't go flat after I spent 900$. Actually put tires on the right way.

I thought I purchased Michelin Defender 2 tires, but they installed Michelin Primacy Tour tires. Waited 3 hours at the shop and didn't realize they put the wrong tires on the car until I got home.

Caleb provided me a a quote over the phone for a brake replacement. The price was around $100 cheaper than my other repair shop. I questions this price but was told it was correct. When I paid for the brake replacement the price was $150 higher than the verbal quote. I was told their system doesn’t accurately provide labor calculations into quotes. They did take $50 off my final bill. So if you are getting verbal quotes, they likely don’t include labor. I highly recommend that you shop around and if you do use this establishment, get a written estimate.

I would like the Michelin tires I was going to originally going to purchase before being talked into buying The Big O tire brand.
