My first time visiting. I needed service on a Saturday but was dreading calling because of past services with other auto places. I was totally blown away. Service was available, easy, quick and completed in less time than expected. I will use Big ) Tires from now on. Thank you very much!

Needed a tire repaired with <400 miles on tire. They were unable to due to puncture location. I will drive across town to get it replaced under warranty with Ford Dealership. Just used this location for convenience.

I like that the personnel got me in in short notice to get what I needed done, Ive Big O tire in the past for trailer tires and oil changes, but I now have an account with them to make it more convenient to use them. I appreciate the people at the lees summit facility.
