Needed a tire repaired with <400 miles on tire. They were unable to due to puncture location. I will drive across town to get it replaced under warranty with Ford Dealership. Just used this location for convenience.

I like that the personnel got me in in short notice to get what I needed done, Ive Big O tire in the past for trailer tires and oil changes, but I now have an account with them to make it more convenient to use them. I appreciate the people at the lees summit facility.

Made on-line appointment.confirmed quickly. Quick check-in. Manager explained extra service was needed in detail with final cost. Work was done fast and tech made sure my vehicle was safe.
