They are nice and they are good what they do. I will definitely go back for my next service and I will definitely 100% continue going back! I will recommend my friends to go to Big O tire

Everything was great, but there was only one tech working and it was very busy. I know people call in sick, and these days it can be hard to find enough full time workers, so I understand. But waiting almost 2 hours for an oil change that was scheduled seems excessive.

I was charged $23.96 for TPMS service kits but the desk clerk couldn't explain what that was. She told me that was valve caps. Which in no way was true. My truck still had the old weathered caps on it when I picked it up. I was also charged $25 for shop supplies. I couldn't be explained what that was either. I would think the supplies would be figured into what is charged for mount and balance. I worked for Big O while in college and there is no way we would've gotten away with just saying I don't know when on someone's bill.

I scheduled my appointment and ordered the specific tires I wanted that fit in my price range. Those were not the tires that were put on my car. The tires that were put on there were $100 more expensive. I was not called about this change or I wouldn’t have gone through with the appointment. That was over $400. And that was money I did NOT have extra to spend. Not happy.

Verify stock before coming in for appointment. Go through additional costs before performing any work. I did receive a discount but ultimately had to pay more than expected.

Tire pressure was not sufficient after install. Should have been 35psi all around, lowest tire was 28psi and highest was 44psi. Would've been nice to have a decent estimate on time especially since I had an appointment. Setup an appointment online but showed up and they hadn't ordered the tires even though they approved the appointment.

I recently visited Big Tires for a tire purchase and was pleased with the overall service and staff's friendliness and efficiency. However, my experience was marred by a significant oversight in their knowledge about the details of an add-on, specifically the roadside hazard coverage. While the service and staff were undoubtedly courteous and helpful, their lack of understanding regarding the coverage left me frustrated and disappointed. Roadside Hazard Coverage, I was assured by the representative that it covered "everything," including the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), with only minor exceptions related to labor costs. This reassurance led me to believe that my TPMS would be fully covered, and I made the purchase based on this information. Regrettably, almost two months later, one of my TPMS sensors failed and I was told it was not covered. I would recommend that Big Tires take steps to enhance the training and knowledge of their staff members regarding the specifics of various add-on coverages. Providing accurate and comprehensive information to customers is crucial to building trust and ensuring a positive customer experience.

The mechanic that plugged my tire left oil spots on my interior. I found a drop of oil on my middle console, inside my door and on my steering wheel. Also, I can tell that he was a "sloppy" mechanic and didn't really take the time to clean after himself or his work. I found a white substance on the sidewall of my tire. This could easily been wiped off with a rag. The little things like that makes me skeptical of his quality of work.
