Made an appointment on-line. I was there at scheduled time car was not looked at till 45 minutes later. Repair could have been done three times over in the time it took to get my car in. Why make appointments if your car isn't worked on at the appointed time. The front desk girl needs to stay out of the shop, I observed three times, her go in and flirt and distract workers from staying on task, putting on hand lotion and ask each of them to smell it. She also had nails so long she could not even hand my keys and receipt to me like a normal person. Your team is good at what they do but your front desk needs some help!!!! If and appointment is made it should be kept.

The brand of oil that was used was not the brand I've been using and was expecting. The oil that was used was a higher price than I expected to pay when I visited.

I wasnt notified that my car was ready. There was an oil covered hand print on my car and a shop rag left on my passenger seat.

It was not explained about recycle price for used tires. Nothing was said about free alignment. I had my alignment done not to long ago because hitting coyote but would have been told som.
