At the recommendation of a friend, I went to Big O to get a 2nd opinion re: a tire sensor light. The dealership claimed I needed 4 new sensors; Big O only found 1 and repaired it for almost $50 less than the dealership estimate. The sensor came on again about 3 months later. They worked me in to their very busy schedule. While I had a long wait, when they got to my car they discovered all the sensors were working; I just needed a reset from recent weather changes that has happened before. Best news: they didn't charge me anything for the time spent checking and filling my tires! I will highly recommend folks giving Big O Tires a chance to help you evaluate and/or fix your problems.

Rachel was super friendly and accommodating despite a late minute discovery of a construction screw lodged in my tire. This location got me in and had me on a new tire in no time. The service was fast, affordable and kind. I already have recommended them to friends and family.

Owen explained to me exactly why my Corvette could not be aligned and the exact symptom created by the faulty part. Knowing I can fix the road wandering problem is awesome. Once I get it fixed I'll be back for the alignment.

Was coming from out of town and I mentioned this over the phone to the associate and even though it was pretty late she said come in we’ll check it and see if you need a new tire . I really appreciated the concern and empathy. Big O tires cares .

Nolan was(as always) a great help. He helped me before to get my heater working in my 2000 Isuzu Rodeo. He has contacts with all the local salvage yards. This time I had a much more of a problem. Someone tried to steal my car and tore up my steering column. I called Nolan and arranged to have my car towed in. He stayed over to make sure I got checked in. I told Nolan I didn't expect miracles. It took him a while but he found the part. It it great having my car back in good running condition. THANK YOU NOLAN!!!! (and big o tires) Robert Mahoney
