I had a tire that had a screw in it and it was not keeping air. We purchased these tires from Big O Tires little over a year ago. First I had gone on Sunday to get it fixed, but they were not open? I did not like driving on this tire. So went back on Monday morning. When I told them what I needed and could leave my car they said they were too busy and come back tomorrow. Again, I did not want to drive on this tire. So he suggested I go next door to another tire company and maybe they could get it fixed today. I told him I bought the tires there and part of the agreement was they would fix it without charge. So I just told him I was leaving it and I guess he could call when it was ready for pickup. Luckily, he did call later that afternoon and it was fixed and ready for pick up. I understand that they are busy, but it was just the fact that I felt treated unfairly. I really don't think I will ever buy tires there again. I just feel like it is an imposition to do any maintenance work on the tires. They want to sell you the tires, but for service????

When I arrived to drop off my car, I had to wait about 5 minutes before anyone seemed to notice me. I was then told that I would get a call giving me an estimate (to repair a tire), but 5 hours later, I still had heard nothing and had to call. A technician told me my car was ready to pick up, but he had been too busy to call and let me know that. I didn't know what the cost would be until I arrived, but it turned out to be quite reasonable. My spare tire had not been returned to its storage well in the car, so I had to put it away myself, out in the cold, dark, rainy parking lot.

It took two hours for a tire rotation and alignment. The alignment adjustments were extremely minimal with only one setting needing changed. The vehicle sat idle for at least 45 minutes after the tire rotation with nobody working on it. Multiple people standing around talking.

Like I said before. How does a pair of $65.00 tires become a $200.00 bill? Because of all of the additional charges that you put on the customer. To me this is not ethical.

I spent 5 hours in the store while on vacation for a simple alignment inspection. I was informed at check-in that there were two other cars ahead of me but was not given any updates for 2 hours until I went up to the front counter. I was eventually informed that there was only one alignment machine, but I am still amazed that it took four hours to get through those two cars when it took an hour total once my car was on the blocks to do an alignment check and adjustment. Additionally, I do not believe that any of my other tires were aligned besides the one that was super out of alignment.

I will not be using Big O again ever. There was almost no communication but plenty of time they could have communicated everything to me. Secondary to this the signature on my printed invoice isn’t mine and two of the three new tires were over inflated and I had to fix them when I got home. One was 45psi instead of 32! Disappointing all around and nobody there cared.

We purchased tires there last year. Wife took it up for tire patch and rotation. They charged her $70. Guy said he looked up my account and still charged her. He changed his tone when I called. She had to drive back up and get a refund.

Communicate how long services take and then actually complete it in that time. Call ahead when it’s taking longer than expected. Complete all scheduled services the first time.

More honest pricing. Be accurate in terms of time estimates.
