service performed in a timely manner. When they let me take my truck all 4 tires were under inflated 45psi instead of the recommended 60-65 psi, there were no valve caps installed, did not recommend replacing damaged tire pressure sensor

Sales associate called and told me my vehicle would ready in 30 min for pickup . When I arrived to the store my vehicle wasn’t ready for pick up . Which I had to miss work !!

Sales personnel could have told me that work could have not been done to my vehicle because of not having proper tools. Instead they went on and sold me tires and alignment

Well the situation has been taken care of. The two people that were responsible for my car not being repaired are no longer there! If it weren’t for Ms. Sharon I wouldn’t come back! Ms. Sharon is an amazing assistant!

Summary of the events: 1) I called the Kansas City, Missouri Big O Tire shop (#25046) on 10-27-23 to check on tire pricing and to schedule an appointment for 10-30-23. I was advised the cost for 4 Michelin tires (matching the original Acura RDX supplied tires) was $248 per tire; however, Michelin was currently offering a $140 factory rebate for 4 tires. So, the verbally agreed price was $852 plus applicable taxes. 2) I took the car (2018 Acura RDX) to the shop at 8:15 AM on Monday, October 30th and was advised that I should instead consider Legacy Plus tires for $202.99 per tire because they have a longer warranty period and were offered at a “buy four get one free” price. Expecting the total price would be $202.99 for 3 tires, I agreed, expecting the total price would be $608.97 plus applicable taxes. Because there was only one car ahead of me, I was advised that the wait would be between 1 to 1 ½ hours. 3) After 2 hours & 15 minutes, the car was ready, and the invoice amount was $826.00. Factoring the taxes ($80.75), waste disposal & shop supplies ($32.48), the tire purchase amount was $712.77 for 3 tires ($237.59 per tire vs. quoted price of $202.99 per tire).

I bought two very expensive tires, and neither of them were aired up to the proper PSI, one was aired to 52 psi, and the other one 40 something when the tire recommends a psi of 33. I had multiple dashboard tire alerts for a couple of days before I had opportunity to check tires. Also the other two tires would low on air . Why would a tire place not be able to properly air up and balance tires absolutely ridiculous and will tell everyone I know to never go to big O tires

Better communication. I ordered a tire and was promised it the next day...one week later they called to tell me it had come in. Too late I had already went some where else where I was waited on in 30 minutes. I surely was not going to drive on a doughnut for a week

Stand behind your product and warranty. This was an absolutely awful experience.

I've been a customer for years at this location and I have had a multitude of issues since then but I still returned to give the place another chance. This las visit was the final straw. I will find some other company for my tire/automotive issues.
