They went beyond my expectation and fixed me up

Very friendly front desk folks - Sharon and George. Dropped of the car at the appointment time. Got a text and email 90 minutes later that the repair was done. Repair was done right. Competitive prices, too. We are very happy with the service received and will definitely be back!

Everything was explained to me and the work was done before my pick up time

I called and they told me to bring it in without an appointment ... and got my car in the bay in 10 minutes. Spoke with the counter person, the manager and a mechanic in fixing an issue under the front end. All were super courteous and helpful as they showed me to issue and fixed it !!! Apparently, Jiffy Lube had not screwed the bottom of the front end back in. They fixed it for free and rotated my tires. I was extremely grateful and asked what services other than tires they did. I was also extremely impressed with the fact I could trust them to honest and professional. I will be bringing my car back for whatever services they offer and will tell my friends about their trustworthiness and the outstanding job they did!! Ya ought to give these folks a pay raise :-)

The staff was extremely helpful and very nice. I didn't feel like I was getting swindled at all and the whole visit felt honest. BEST STAFF at a BIG O I've ever encountered.
