Quick end efficient service. Just went for maintenance tire rotation and service. I dropped it off at 9 AM and it was completed by lunch.

I received a warm welcome greeting from the staff. The lady and gentlemen staff explained my vehicle services to me and went over other plans services Big O Tires provides to customers. A big shout out to the staffs at Big O Tires making this an easy transaction.

I absolutely love the friendly and professional customer service from Sharon Gross on the Wornall location. When things seems to be hectic she constant keeps her cool to ensure I have great service every time. Wayne (phuoc ) also does a great job with my car repairs and maintenance
