I don’t feel nothing is perfect

I was originally quoted 800 dollars for 4 tires plus 1 new wheel. This was out of my budget by alot which I explained more than once. I was able to get a buy one, get one free deal which most tire places do anyway. Also, I was suprised that alignment was not included in this service especially since I'm already paying for tires and a new wheel. So I plan to go elsewhere for tire alignment at this time. I do appreicate the sales associate knocking the price down to 600 dollars. So thanks!

My appointment was at 8:30am and did’nt leave until 10:00. I thought since my appointment was at 8:30 they would start the alignment at 8:30. That didn’t happen .

Rebates on line process was too much of a hassle

I appreciate the extra effort to complete all the service on my truck by the BigO mechanic team at the 7622 Wornall Rd. Kansas City, MO location. I had a full set of service work necessary for my truck and the team worked past closing to complete the whole service set. Great Job!

I am a regular customer of the Englewood Store. I’ve always had great service. I am new to the Wornall location. I was satisfied with the work completed on my vehicle at Wornall. However, my experience with the front desk person, Sharon Gross was not a pleasurable interaction. She was extremely rude and did not deliver quality customer service. This experience made want to drive the extra distance back to Englewood Rd.
