The floor at the counter was sticky from a large soda spill prior to our arrival. A negative note on the update given to the Soda fountain: I now have 3-4 button pushes prior to being ready to dispense soda. This vs. the 2 pushes previously. There is also more engagement required by needing to read which category soda I want vs the picture of label. I would say a step back on this change. May want to pass that along since the fountain (in this instance) is associated with your store regardless of your control of it.
