This had to be the best service I've ever reviewed at any el pollo loco. The staff was just so kind and polite and courteous. That's very much appreciated when traveling several miles with small children

Food was cold and chicken was overdone. The chicken bowl was horrible. Wilted lettuce. Not a.good visit.
