Staff needs to be more observant with the salsa bar I seen a woman stick her bare hand in the salsa bar (cilantro). I had to tell the employee about it, he quickly removed it from the bar and replaced it.

1) the chicken was way overlooked which never happened on all our previous visits, we were very unhappy with the taste this time. 2) the table and booth was dirty, very dirty we had to clean it ourselves. 3) bothersome homeless on premise that staff did nothing about 4) great deals, coupons and options but we were upset with the chicken which was perfectly made each time before. We ended up not finishing it and left the rest of the coupons. Because of the taste we decided not to go back.

Where to start I went on my lunch break to order a chicken tortilla soup and 2 tacos al carbon the check out took way to long the cashier did not know what to do so he called the manager to help him. Then the wait was horrendous they completely got my order wrong they gave just chicken broth no trace of chicken they where so lazy they couldn't mix the bottom of the soup they just scooped they forgot to give me the cheese and cilantro that comes with the soup and the tortilla strips. Oh and just trying to get their attention to ask for my missing items took forever they where completely ignoring I know they heard me they where 5 ft away from and let's say my voice isn't meek and the cherry on top was that they did not give me my tacos!!! I even ask the food prepared to not add cilantro and onions!!!! She knew she replied to me and said ok how that's that happen!!! That's when I had enough and ask for a refund total disaster, messy under trained! Total waste of lunch time and I didn't get anything to eat!
