While I like the convenience of the order ahead and pick up- it can be almost rude to your in store customers. I was greeted by staff and asked what I would like. And then immediately interrupted by another staff member who insisted the person waiting on me stop and help with the to Go order. Why does ordering online give you three dedicated employees waiting on you? Work out your system so traditional customers don't suffer
