From easy and quick scheduling to free Uber ride home and pick up, all went very smoothly.

Jose was an incredible example of hospitality in an industry that commonly lacks customer service. Also it was the cleanest auto shop I’ve ever seen. Even from what I could see of the garage area was in very clean and orderly condition. I will most definitely be coming back to this location in the future.

This is only my second time coming to Midas and I highly recommend it to everyone. My experience has always been so friendly, fast & trustworthy.

Everyone was extremely nice, professional, welcoming, informative, and considerate of my time. They gor me in and out on a Saturday, when every other place I called told me to drop off my car, and they should get it done at a minimum of 4 or 5 hours, since I was a walk in and or by close time 7 PM, which was impossible because I was getting a car inspected, to see if I was going to purchase it. Normally I'd go to Pep-Boys, but now I know about Midas, I'll be coming to you instead, and your price was less, which was a even bigger plus. They staff at this location was amazing, 20 out of 10 👍🏿👍🏿

The associates at this Midas were fantastic. They kept me up to date with the progress of my vehicle and walked me through the inspection, what they recommend, and they were very understanding when I asked if I could push less critical needs until next month for budgetary reasons.

Very impressive first experience here at the Armenia Midas and will now definitely return for future maintenance. Highlights included analysis about my vehicle provided from the tech in the service bay, sincere interactions with the counter staff, and comfortable waiting areas with snacks and drinks.
