Staff is excellent, but the cars aren't very good and the rates are pretty high. I only rented here because my car was totaled and my insurance covered it.

Very dissatisfied with the representatives. Some very rude and not willing to help at all. Had to wait 5 days to receive a vehicle of any kind because all locations contacted had no availability. Spoke with several locations and customer service is not a priority. The car i received had not been cleaned inside or out. Food in cubby holes and trash through out. Had a scratch on the door and I told the representative and he said that it didn't matter that it was too small to report and that it had to be a certain measurement to report. There is a small crack in the windshield. I asked could they bring me the vehicle and they said no. Will not recommend.
