The check in process was a nearly 2 hour long nightmare.

It had a nice view. However it was extremely large. Could get lost. No venting in the bathroom. Coffee pot was missing. No fan device in the room to block out sounds from surrounding people. Great weight room. Nice pillows and comforters.

It was very slow and they put us and the other couple checking in, in rooms right next to each other. It wa awkward

OMG! The hotel room was dirty! Our first night checking in, we had to clean the room with the night maid. We called 3 times before someone came to see our nasty room! Dirty sheets, dirty glasses, dirty floors, mirrors and dried up ketchup on the table! Dust everywhere! Horrible! The staff was unfriendly and inattentive! We called numerous times to speak to a manager and was told one would return our call, but didn't, and then they just stopped answering our calls completely! Customer service was horrible! The rooms were poorly kept and not worth the money we spent! We were very disappointed with our stay at this Marriott. When we finally spoke with a manager, she was not friendly or accommodating. All of the employees acted like they were dissatisfied with their job and it reflected in the poor service. We went 2 days without washcloths because they claimed they ran out of them! This is not the Marriott way! So disappointed! I am a Marriott Rewards Member and I was ashamed of our treatment. For all of our heartache, inconvenience, and disgust, we were given a $50 credit on a $750 dollar bill!
