The Marriott in itself was great. I was VERY disappointed in the sales office for the way they handled the giveaway for attending. We were told that we would receive $200 towards the cost of our golf (one of our options). Since we bought a 4 day golf package, a round of golf cost us $159 for a total as a couple of $318. However when we went for the presentation we were informed that the $200 would go toward a $179 round of golf so they were asking us to pay them $158 in order to get the $200. That was not explained to us when we agreed to attend the presentation. The unfortunate thing for my husband and I was that we have bought additional points or weeks about every 2-3 years and we had intentionally waited for this trip to potentially look at purchasing. I'm not saying we would have but we have definitely been discussing it. One of the front desk representatives understood our point but did nothing to try to make it right. The other person never even understood our point. I would be willing to say that Lisa Allen, our sales representative in the Orlando office would have at made an attempt to make it right.
