I needed oil change on my Lexus and I could do the service on the weekend only. Midas location in North Vancouver was convenietly located close to my place, worked on the weekend and was able to take me in 2 days on Saturday. Will always do that instead of going to the dealership.

I used to take my car to the Toyota dealership before, and I felt like the cost of repairs and maintenance was too high. Sometimes they would recommend things that didn't really need to be done, so I tried Midas this time and I was quite satisfied.

Easy to schedule, timely quality service that met my satisfaction. Staff were very friendly and courteous I would recommend Midas to my colleagues.

The shop was the cleanest I have ever seen. It had plenty of service bays and the front desk communicated well between me and the service technicians.

Sue handle the communications and the booking of my service… She has done this multiple times and every single time she is friendly, prompt, and communicates everything that I need to know for my timing…Hanson, At the other location, has exercise the same customer service excellence on other occasions. I trust them completely… Based upon the service and the explanation of the servicing required to my vehicle… In my busy fast-paced business world… They also keep me abreast with how long everything will take… And they are bang on with their accuracy… This allows me to plan my day And not have my business interrupted. I will continue to come to these two locations so long as they are there. On another note… Kris, is absolutely the definition of leadership, friendliness, and honesty… He has guided me so well on the maintenance of my car… And I would not have been able to keep my vehicle if it was not for him.
