Midas

I've used Midas in North Van for years and multiple vehicles, always had the BEST customer service until this new location. There was an older lady that was the most unpleasant person to deal with. She was extremely unapproachable and just downright rude. Not a person that I wanted to deal with at all. I ended up walking out and going somewhere else for my exhaust work. 2 other shops on Pemberton Ave also said that they have heard about this lady being rude to customers and workers. Highly recommend staying away from here until she is no longer working there. Missed out on about $2,000 worth of work from me.
