Our favorite hotel

Not very lenient with pillows or towels. Asked for extra pillows twice and was told they were at capacity and would not give out extra pillows even though parking lot did not look full. Finally, Raven had someone get extra pillows from an empty room. Also, only have us three towels even though there were two adults and one baby in our room. Was a huge downside
