Great staff, great service

Scheduled and selected tires online and received a call from Ivan to explain cost and offered better price option.

I brought my car in to Big O Tires to get new back tires. I was greeted right away and some tires were recommended to me in the price range I wanted. The tires were installed fairly quickly. They advised me to get the alignment done so the tires will wear evenly from the start and I agreed to do it. Lots of leaves were cleaned out from the spot where the hood meets the windshield and a new air cabin filter was recommended and installed. I liked it that they got the filter quickly and installed it without delaying my departure. I was constantly updated on what was happening and I appreciated the extra checks. It was good hearing then call a customer and offer to send photos showing why they were recommending new brakes. It was nice knowing the recommended work was not just a money grab. Overall, everyone there was fantastic. Great team!
