the techs and reps were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and went above and beyond to ensure complete customer satisfaction. I will come back to have my brake flush and will always come back for my oil changes and buy new tires when it’s time. They didn’t try to sell unneeded items which was a first time for me. They were all wonderful there.

I needed the wheel bearings greased and packed on my RV and they took care of it in about an hour.

Tire was from another vendor but was told could not repair, needed replaced. My boyfriend used to work @ Big O and knew it could be repaired. Took it to Big O and they looked at it, letting me know they could repair it. Matt, the manager was great!
