Big O Tires

It just took longer than I thought. Had I known that up front I would have left and came back. I had a child with me and she was getting antsy.

Big O was unable to perform the alignment. It seems like they could have put some effort into it. The dealership has no idea what the problem Big O had. Frustrating.

Long wait time upon arrival. 10 to 15 minutes

People were very nice. I understand it was grand opening. But I was there at8:25am and it took till 11:15 to get oil change done. It should not take that long

Listen to the customer when they give simple instructions. As I made it clear to call me as soon as the quote was put together so I could get approval. 4 hours later I called just to be told they are waiting on approval.

Listen to the customer requests and meet their expectations. I verbalized my request 3 times and each time I was told it had been done to my specifications. Unfortunately this was not reality

Communication with distributors

I watched the service employees riding an old broken chair in the garage while the manager was in his office on his cell phone. The service employee dropped off my invoice on one desk and the customer service employee was three desks away. I waited ten minutes and finally told the customer service employee my vehicle was ready.

Retraining the employees at this location. Make sure they r qualify to do the work

Hire competent people. Over a discount when you make mistakes
